Handymanish was started in 2021. Dan was approaching retirement from the LAFD, having been a Firefighter/ Paramedic for 20 years. It was time for something different and since he had a long history of solving problems and serving people professionally, he came up with the idea to be a handyman. He has been handy for his whole life and honed his handyman skills to a sharp edge being married to Arlene who is an excellent decorator with a keen eye for detail. Working on projects for his wife refined his home improvement and maintenance skills.
